Dillard-Jones Signature Brochure

Copywriting for a regional homebuilder’s signature sales collateral. This company has a very distinct voice that aims to serve a luxury market. Refined, tasteful, and ready-to-serve are three ways I’d describe their style.

The story:

A local company that designs, creates, and furnishes high-end homes came to our agency with a request to fix their cornerstone selling piece: a 40-page brochure that featured their work and showcased the intricacies of their business.

Their biggest problem: the brochure didn’t follow their story. It didn’t reflect who they were and didn’t help the reader see that they don’t just build homes…they build lifelong relationships. And they were really starting to doubt that they could find someone who could make it do just that.

As a writer, “no one can write for me” are my absolute favorite words to hear.

Challenge accepted.

This brochure, while full of elevated language, also needed to be approachable. It needed to show that the company is easy to work with, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to support a homeowner not just through the build, but beyond.
