DILLARD-JONES LANDING PAGE BOOKLET

Dillard-Jones, a premiere high-end home crafter in the Southeast region, creates idea homes in prestigious communities where potential clients can explore features and details that can be adapted to their own build.

As part of their sales process, they needed a short booklet that a client can take away with them to browse later. These pages needed to not just describe the home, but also paint an aspirational picture and help the clients envision themselves in their own beautiful home.

Much like the brochure, it needed to be elevated yet approachable. But, since these pieces are often handed out together, they needed to compliment each other. They needed to talk together and work together, yet still be able to stand on their own.

So, I thought of it as a series that you can read out of order and still get the full picture. Each section sings the same song, but contains a different piece of the story that opens the door just a little bit further into the world of Dillard-Jones.

(PS: this is the point in my career where working for a structural engineer really paid off.)
